By accessing or using BikeHealth ("the Service"), operated by BikeHealth LLC ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
BikeHealth is a bicycle maintenance tracking platform that integrates with Strava to help cyclists monitor component wear, schedule maintenance, and track service history. The Service includes web and mobile applications.
To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
BikeHealth integrates with Strava to access your activity and gear data. By connecting your Strava account, you authorize us to access the data described in our Privacy Policy. BikeHealth is not affiliated with or endorsed by Strava, Inc.
We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of data provided by Strava. Your use of Strava is governed by Strava's own terms of service.
BikeHealth offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. The following auto-renewable subscriptions are available:
Subscription prices are displayed in the app at the time of purchase and may vary by region.
When you subscribe through the BikeHealth website, payment is processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
When you subscribe through the BikeHealth mobile app, payment is processed by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android) through their respective in-app purchase systems. The following terms apply to mobile subscriptions:

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by BikeHealth LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you provide (maintenance records, photos, etc.), but grant us a limited license to use that data to provide and improve the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. BikeHealth provides maintenance recommendations based on available data, but does not guarantee the accuracy of maintenance alerts or component wear estimates. You are solely responsible for the maintenance and safety of your bicycle.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BikeHealth LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@bikehealth.app. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in California.
