Quick answers below. Anything else: support@bikehealth.app—we respond within 24 hours on weekdays.
From the app, go to Settings → Integrations → Connect Strava. You'll be redirected to Strava to authorize access, then returned to BikeHealth. Your bikes and recent rides will sync automatically.
We import your bike names, total mileage, and activity data (distance, time, elevation). We use activity data to calculate hours per bike and apply weather and terrain context to wear estimates.
After connecting Strava, BikeHealth suggests a component template based on your bike type. You confirm which components to track, set any custom intervals, and start getting alerts automatically.
OK—component has more than 25% of its service interval remaining. Soon—within 25% of the interval (100–200 miles out, typically). Due—at or past the service interval. You set the thresholds; these are the defaults.
Tap any component, then “Log service.” Enter the date and mileage, add parts and cost if you like, and tap save. The clock resets and the alert clears.
Yes. Tap any component, then “Edit.” You can override the default interval with your own mileage or hours threshold. Changes apply to that component on that bike only, or across all bikes of the same type.
Hybrid mode tracks both mileage and hours for a component and alerts on whichever metric is more urgent first. Useful for suspension components (hours-based) on bikes where you also care about mileage.
Go to Invoices, tap the + button, and upload a photo or PDF of your shop receipt. BikeHealth reads the line items, identifies the parts, and proposes matches to your components. Review and confirm—we handle the rest.
JPEG, PNG, and PDF. Photos taken with your phone camera work well. Make sure the receipt is legible and not blurry.
You review all matches before they're saved. If something is wrong, tap the line item and select the correct component. Your correction improves future matching.
BikeHealth reads your Strava activity data (distance, elevation, time) and bike information to calculate maintenance schedules. We do not access your social feed or other athletes' data.
You can disconnect in two ways:
Email support@bikehealth.app with "Delete My Account" in the subject line. We'll delete all your data within 48 hours and confirm via email.
